Surgilast® is a tubular elastic net retainer dressing designed to securely hold wound dressings, hot or cold packs, IV lines, and other therapeutic devices in place without adhesives. The open-weave mesh construction allows maximum airflow to the wound site, supporting a healthy healing environment while reducing the risk of maceration from occlusive securement methods.

Size 4 (12¼ inches wide x 25 yards) is sized for large hands, arms, legs, and feet, and can be easily cut to the desired length for a customized, comfortable fit. The elastic construction conforms to body contours and accommodates movement without slipping or restricting circulation.
