Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Please review the return guidelines below before requesting a return.
Order Discrepancies & Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or there is a discrepancy with your shipment, please notify us within 3 business days of delivery.
If the issue is the result of a shipping error or product defect, Lexicon Medical Supply will cover the return shipping costs and issue a replacement or full refund. Our returns department will provide a prepaid shipping label to make the process simple.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Orders are often processed quickly after they are placed. If the order has already been processed for shipment, it may not be possible to cancel. Once the order is delivered, it may be returned according to the return policy outlined below.
Return Authorization (RMA)
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number issued by Lexicon Medical Supply.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in new resalable condition
- Safety seals must remain intact
- All original packaging, parts, and accessories must be included
Returns received without a valid RMA may be refused.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product:
- Shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%, depending on the product and condition of the return.
Non-Returnable Products
Due to health, safety, and regulatory requirements, certain products cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Opened personal care items
- Special order items
- Custom items
- Any product that has been opened, used, or tried on
- Incontinence products
- Respiratory equipment (compressors, nebulizers, oxygen supplies, CPAP masks, tubing)
- Needles and syringes
- IV solutions and administration sets
- Sterile medical products
- Expired medical items
- Electrotherapy units once used
For patient safety and regulatory compliance, sterile medical products may not be returned once shipped unless the item was damaged in transit or shipped in error.
Refused Shipments
Orders that are refused by the recipient and returned to Lexicon Medical Supply without prior authorization may be subject to return shipping charges and a restocking fee.
Multiple Shipping Locations
Some products ship directly from our Tucson, Arizona facility, while others may ship from affiliate warehouses or manufacturers across the United States in order to provide faster delivery times.
Products shipped from partner warehouses may be subject to additional return restrictions based on the originating supplier's policies.
Product Use & Resale Policy
Products sold by Lexicon Medical Supply are intended for use by healthcare professionals, care givers, medical facilities, or individual consumers for personal healthcare needs.
Products purchased from Lexicon Medical Supply may not be resold, redistributed, or billed to third-party payers without prior approval.
Lexicon Medical Supply reserves the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or refuse service if an order appears to be intended for unauthorized resale, product diversion, or fraudulent activity.
Pricing & Product Information
Lexicon Medical Supply reserves the right to correct pricing errors, product descriptions, or availability issues at any time. Product images on the website may not always reflect the exact item received.
