• Simple-to-use Strep A test: Collect specimens with a sterile swab from the tonsils and/or the back of the throat taking care to avoid the teeth, gum, tongue and cheek surfaces; add three drops of reagent A; add three drops of reagent B; insert specimen swab and mix ten times; let stand for 2 minutes; remove swab from test tube; insert dipstick; read results at 5 minutes.
