This preservative inhibits bacterial overgrowth without causing toxicity to existing pathogens, giving labs a reliable processing window without the need for refrigeration. A minimum fill line at 3 mL ensures the proper additive-to-urine ratio is maintained for accurate culture results.

A Complete System for Clean-Catch Collection

Each kit includes a preservative tube, a urine collection cup, and Castile soap towelettes for genitourinary cleansing prior to collection.
