Shipping Policy

FREE Shipping on orders over $150

Lexicon Medical Supply offers free standard ground shipping on orders over $150.

The minimum purchase amount for free shipping is calculated based on the pre-tax subtotal in your cart and does not include coupons, discounts, or promotional credits. Orders under $150 may select flat rate ground shipping for $9.99.

Free shipping may not apply to:

  • Prescription (Rx) items
  • Freight shipments
  • Oversized or heavy products
  • Certain case quantities of equipment or supplies

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using a variety of carriers including:

  • FedEx
  • UPS
  • USPS
  • Local delivery trucks
  • Freight carriers
  • In-Store Pick-Up

Transit times shown at checkout or on shipping confirmations do not include weekends or holidays, and deliveries generally occur on business days only.

Multiple Shipping Locations

Some items ship directly from our Tucson, Arizona facility, while others ship from affiliate warehouses or manufacturer distribution centers located throughout the United States in order to provide faster delivery times.

As a result:

  • Orders may arrive in multiple packages
  • Items may ship from different locations
  • Delivery dates may vary between packages

Freight Shipments

Oversized items such as furniture, large equipment, or bulk products may ship via freight carrier.

Freight shipments typically arrive within 7–10 business days.

Freight shipping charges are:

  • $59 for the first freight item
  • $20 for each additional freight item
  • Maximum freight charge of $300 per order

If your order contains both freight and non-freight items, non-freight items will ship at no additional cost beyond the freight fee.

Freight deliveries are curbside, dock, or tailgate delivery only. Drivers are not responsible for bringing items inside the building. If a liftgate is required to unload freight, additional charges may apply. Please notify us when placing your order so proper arrangements can be made.

Freight Delivery Requirements

A signature is required for all freight deliveries.

Freight deliveries typically occur Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. If a scheduled delivery appointment is required, please contact us when placing your order.

If visible damage is present at the time of delivery, note the damage on the bill of lading before signing. We are not responsible for damage not notes on BOL.

IMPORTANT:
Do not discard the original packaging or shipping materials if you believe a product may need to be returned.

Prescription (Rx) Item Shipping

Certain medical products require a valid professional license to purchase.

To comply with regulatory requirements:

  • A valid professional license must be on file before the order can be processed
  • Prescription items must ship to the licensed healthcare provider's business or practice address
  • Residential delivery is not permitted for Rx itemsSignature confirmation is required upon delivery

Additional shipping charges may apply for orders requiring special handling or signature confirmation.

Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • U.S. territories
  • APO / FPO addresses
  • PO Boxes
  • International destinations

may not qualify for free shipping.

These orders typically ship via FedEx or USPS and may require a custom shipping quote. Please contact us prior to placing your order.

Local Delivery (Tucson Area)

We offer free local delivery within a 20-mile radius of our Tucson facility on orders over $150.

Local deliveries are typically completed within two business days, although same-day or expedited delivery may be available depending on order timing and availability.

Order Cancellations

Once an order is submitted, it may begin processing immediately. If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will attempt to accommodate the request when feasible.

If an order has already been shipped, it may be returned according to our Return Policy.

Orders that are refused at delivery without prior authorization may be subject to return shipping charges and restocking fees.

Expected Delivery Dates

With distribution centers located throughout the United States, many customers receive their items within two business days.

Expected delivery times are estimates based on:

  • Product availability
  • Time of day the order is placed
  • Shipping carrier
  • Freight requirements

Orders placed before 4:00 PM EST are often processed the same business day.

Orders containing large quantities may ship from multiple warehouses, resulting in separate deliveries.

Lexicon Medical Supply cannot guarantee delivery dates.

Shipping Proof of Delivery

Orders shipped with carrier delivery confirmation or signature confirmation will be considered proof of delivery.
